Place the teeth in a cup of warm (almost boiling) water for 1 minute. This will make them flexible and form-fitting.
With the help of a mirror, position the teeth firmly over your existing teeth. Press them tightly against your teeth and gently push the molding material behind your real teeth with your thumbs.
After 30 seconds, carefully remove the teeth from your mouth and place them in a glass of cold water to cool. Once hardened, the impression material will turn white.
